The interesting thing is that it got here in one piece. It was in a single bubble wrap envelope, no additional packing - managed it though

Pretty sure it would come off relatively easy, warm with hair dryer, gently prize with a plastic lever. Any glue that may be left on, WD40 should do the trick. ??Hope so, probably be a bit fiddly though. I'm using it to protect the piano black from scratches.
I'm hoping if need be I can get it off without creating a bigger mess than if I hadn't put it on. Only time will tell.
Olive oil is great for removing residual glue/sticky stuff and a bit more gentle on the plastic
