Volume Media/Phone

I know that there is a screen which allows you to change the volume of media and phone thus improving calls volume etc
I cannot find it!!
I cannot access the easy access menu by swiping down on my screen which would give me these options ( I think) I am not sure why...
Is there any other way to access these options?
I cannot hear any incoming calls or messages with the current volume settings

The only way that I've found is to use the volume control on the steering wheel to adjust the volume. Far from ideal. You would expect them to automatically be the same volume. Every other car I've had has been that way!

I'm looking to access the short cut screen which gives you the options to change media and phone; it is not appearing by swiping down on the screen and I can't seem to access the option any other way.
I have attached a pic of the screen I am trying to access.
