I got in the car (SE) to drive home, and I had alerts to do with ACC, forward radar anti collision, etc. The autohold still worked. I pulled over and got out, checked the radar and camera ports were clean, did a lock / off, got back in, but still had warning lights. All systems related to the radar and LKA camera were failed. So no ACC, LKA, forward collision detection etc. (And don't say that latter two is a plus lol).

I got home and disconnected the 12v live terminal. Reconnected after 20 mins. Now I have 30 pop up error messages (LKA, autohold, ACC, fatigue detection and everything else) and every warning light is on.

I recall the forum saying that driving it sorts those out. I drove for 15 mins and still the same. Even the auto centring of the steering has gone, so you have to straighten the wheel after a bend!

Does anyone have any thoughts?

NB when disconnecting the live terminal, I was concerned that running above it is a metal beam - ie live spanner close to an earthed beam. I was careful, but still...

Screen area at the windscreen camera was clear? No misting or frosting? (That's the usual issue when those warnings appear).

Camera fault I'd say. I deliberately forced this on mine because Lane Killer wants me dead. So I stuck a piece of self adhesive black vinyl over it until the dealer can hit with an hammer.

Acc doesn't work
Front auto braking
Speed signs
Lane assist.

If you've got this lot off I'd say the camera is faulty. If it's a blown fuse, let me know which one.

Do I recall seeing something about turning the wheel full lock one way then the other to reset things, or lowering and raising all the windows…or maybe I’m imagining those things…

Edit - as in to reset the error messages after the battery disconnect

If you pulled the battery, the steering wheel and windows are fairly standard things.

I turned the wheel, though after powering up there were 20 error messages, everything from steering to fatigue detection. I drove it 3 x 10 mins but errors were all still there.

In the end I left it powered up on the drive for an hour, AC and radio off, just letting the computers boot up whatever. It can't be driven away (ie stolen) without the key on board.

After that all was fine, all the radar, camera systems were ok and the autohold was back too.
