Washers

My windscreen washers don't actually hit the screen the dealer says there are only three adjustments and none of them are particularly good at hitting the screen, is this correct? Any one else having this problem and if so how was it rectified ?

The washer nozzles are trash, either they spray against the wiper arms or they spray above the windscreen... i have given up trying to adjust them, the dealer could not get them adjusted to my satisfaction either

You could try adjusting them yourself by putting a flat bladed screwdriver into the slot.
Mine just clip the top of the wipers when in the parked position and spray onto the windscreen.
