So I finally had the car in for service and they have agreed to replace all four hub caps (wheel trims) under warranty Special note to anyone experiencing the same… point out that pressure washer would delaminate from the outside first, not the middle of the clear layer outwards (which is what they actually do)

Yes, the plastic wheel covers on my 2 years+ MG ZS EV are also peeling. Have you found a solution to replace the covers or removing to show the alloy wheels underneath?

I haven't pursued it any further with MG. Every time I wash the car a little more of the film comes off. Eventually it will all be removed, at which point I will re coat them with a clear lacquer.
