Where’s my OBD port?

I’m pretty sure my car doesn’t have an OBD port. Here’s the drivers side on a video.

Can’t see it anywhere! Here’s another video.

I think it's supposed to be installed into this frame:

It's probably not missing, but it may have popped out of that frame and be hanging loose behind there somewhere.

It should look vaguely like this:

You sussed it! It was tucked right up near the steering column which was replaced not long ago! I bet they moved it for whatever reason and didn’t put it back in place properly.
