How can I verify the model I have is the one I purchased (standard range, long range etc.)

Can you put a picture of the rear of your car on the forum? (SEs do not have a spoiler. Early cars do not have a rear wiper.) And then tell us if you can set a battery level for charging. (SR SEs cannot set a battery level for their LFP batteries. Finally, what colour brake calipers does the car have?

The simplest way I can think of is to check the compliance plate details affixed to the drivers side door well.
Along with the VIN and build date will be the vehicle weight details.
The SE SR "51" will have Gross Vehicle Weight of 2073kg.
A Trophy ER "77" will have a GVW of 2209kg.
The "64" battery sized models will be between these.
I don't have those numbers at hand but will look them up.

*SE LR has a GVW of 2113kg
Trophy LR is 2123kg

If it was cheap to buy and doesn't go far on a charge it's an SE SR
If it was expensive to buy and goes far on a charge it's a Trophy ER
If it is expensive to insure and hums at 70mph, it's an XPOWER
If none of the above match and it has rear camera and heated seats it's a Trophy LR
Otherwise it's an SE LR.

If it has a high level spoiler and lower rear full width light bar then it is not an SE LR. So, Trophy or X-Power.

Electric folding black door mirrors + Twin aero spoiler + Rear privacy glass = Trophy Long Range.
All of the above + Black roof = Trophy Extended Range.

Otherwise it's SE with the 51kw battery, or SE Long Range with the 64kw battery

They all have a spoiler at mid-level. Trophy has a couple of spoilers at the top of the boot as well, that is the spoiler people are referring to.

Unless, that is, the previous owner did a manual upgrade of the upper spoiler to make an SE look like a trophy! SE to trophy spoiler upgrade.

The Trophy Extended Range is the 77kWh battery right? Because here in Australia I have the Trophy 64 kWh (Essence 64) and mine has the black vinyl roof. And the other stuff you’ve mentioned. I’m never quite sure which is supposed to be “longer” the extended range or the long range

Put the registration into the GOV.uk MOT checker. It will give you the model although it won't differentiate between SE SR and SE LR
