Whoops Hoorah.

on the subject, anyone knows what happens when a pedestrian or a vehicle is detected in front, the car brakes or it just beeps the warning ? can't really test it ...

It will also beep and then apply heavy braking as part of the forward collision ? control if it considers the high likelihood of an incident.
Sometimes this has been seen as unwelcomed braking on occasions, if the driver fails to react quick enough.

If you are in ACC, it will brake, if not it beeps in a panic.

You can bring up the 360 view and use the front camera.
Yes, I'm using that too. Doesn't feel very intuitive though. But maybe I should just accelerate head on when parking, waiting for the Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) system to kick in :ROFLMAO:

so, twice so far I found out what happens - the car in front would go 30mph, I would follow, they indicate to turn left and start slowing down, I slow down just enough to pass by as they are turning and at that moment, no warning (at least not that I noticed), the car figures out we are going to crash and slams the brakes hard ... lucky, on both occasions nobody was behind me... (imagine tailgating someone like that ...)
