wrong mats?

Hi, we got our MG ZS EV a couple of days ago. All appears ok except the front fabric mats supplied do not fit. The lugs on the car floor are parallel with the sill and will the turn 90 degrees to lock. Mats supplied have holes that are paralles with front of car seat so cannot fit. Also on the driver's side mat the holes are not even the same distance to lugs, out by about 20mm. We are leasing the car and dealer is about 120 miles away. Spoke to someone there who didn't help too much and didn't seem to believe me. Any idea which car my mats belong to. Bag did say MG ZS Ev! The mats are plain black, no stiched emblem. Hi I had the very same problem with mats bought online. I turned them over and was able to remove the plastic mouldings around each hole on the mat by gently easing off the back part with a screwdriver. I then turned the casing 90 degrees and refitted.

As for the driver side 20mm issue, the mat still fitted on ours with a slight rise on one side that has since settled down.
