Been wanting an EV for a while now since my mum got her e-up. Have been on the look out for a decent EV. Trouble is the ioniq 5, ev6 i4 are stupid money at the moment.
Wanting to lease as will go through my Ltd company for extra tax benefits. Lease deals on any car are pretty poor at moment, hadn't even considered the zs until other day, mainly because I'd only ever seen the 1st gen petrol reviews in passing which weren't exactly glowing
Vanarama have the zs standard range in trophy spec on a 1+23 with 6000 miles, including 1 years insurance and a free home charger, all for £300ish + vat a month. Thought it seemed a decent deal in todays climate.
Being a shoot first, ask questions later kinda guy I've gone through the order page, just waiting for credit checks. Have now spent last 2 days looking at every review and YouTube walk through. Looks pretty damn good! I've gone for the blue, but the silver has now grown on me, I don't think I've actually seen one on the roads yet.
Am I right in thinking the trophy connect is affected more by the chip shortages than the trophy? How is the quality control? That was my only worry, I drive an mr2 so I'm used to scratchy loose plastics and rattles from everywhere, but my wife drives a lexus NX which we'll be selling, and it's silent in there. I'm trying to sell her the idea of a dacia jogger for family excursions and a smallish EV for day to day is the way forward...
