It does — and it works really well. You can look at the instructions on the route and hit the delete key on any one to reroute from thereLooks like I'll be using Android Auto for the first time ever and relying on good old Google maps. Wonder what MG's thinking was behind no live traffic on the inmfotainment system? Oversight, cost?
Does the facelift built-in system offer alternative routes in the evnt of a road closure, roadworks etc.?
I am not an expert on this but do other car manufacturers in-built satnavs have live traffic updates ?Looks like I'll be using Android Auto for the first time ever and relying on good old Google maps. Wonder what MG's thinking was behind no live traffic on the inmfotainment system? Oversight, cost?

Thanks for that, I wasn't aware of it, I looked it up and saw that that Live Traffic was only on certain vehicles with the Ford Pass Connect subscription and costs £3.99 per month.Yes they do, my fathers ford mondeo has a traffic aware system that works well. I would love this for the MG as well. But due to trade restrictions for China they are not allowed to use their own built navigation. So that is why the systems in China cars run different SW from EU/UK cars.
