Fog light bulb upgrade...MG HS Phev

The low level fog lights on my HS Phev are fairly poor in light terms. Anyone have advice as to whether I can replace standard bulbs with more powerful LED units ??

Is there easy access to replace the bulbs? Or does the front bumper skin have to come off..........lol

Nope...according to manual, there is an access panel behind/below bumper...

Hi Newbie here in NZ Would like to upgrade my HS fogs for whiter light or LEDs just wondering if there's any implications for CAN bus warnings if I add low wattage LEDs instead of the 35W currently in place ? cheers in advance.
