Yes, I somehow did. It was the November 2021 black Friday deal. Got charger, cashback offer is pending and it's at the price I ordered. Still a bit surreal it's actually happened...if they hadn't delivered before the EV grant expired I was going to cancel.

I'm pleased for u bud...I'm keeping an eye on deliveries as vanarama said they were delivering as per customers date ordered...


I'm beginning of December so shouldn't be long...

I ordered at the same time/deal still no car. The only thing I regularly receive from Vanarama is the weekly email reminding me to sign up for the gap insurance. Wished they put as much effort into getting me my car.

Don't forget the monthly text saying we're working really hard, and the phone call saying no update and when you ask a question they never say anything lol.... glad we all have the same frustrations

What did you order? Was you se trophy ? Lr?


I mean people seem to be getting some cars, the other forum is defo providing cars... vanarama seem very slow. They were adamant they were delivering in date order and I have that in writing so the gentleman in this forum got his we should be close behind

How did you come to that conclusion? The posts I saw were someone being completely petty about another poster, whilst crying victim. Seemed perfectly reasonable for a mod to kick people into touch.

Well, that is the same order date and spec as me - just different colour. I am hoping to be at the top of that list, but when I called Greenhaus a couple of weeks ago, they had no update!

We need to post all orders and deliveries and then keep an eye as people are receiving cars....vanarama lie all the time and let's face it haven't been honest or reliable...they say there delivering cars as per customers orders...we can see if this is actually true. Haven't had update in 3 months..

I am sure that vanarama are hopeless, but surely being a member on here has taught you that MG UK are equally as hopeless in terms of their order allocations and communication.

Probably the perfect storm putting the two of them together.

Took customers asking and asking for nearly 18 months about these cars before they finally sat down and got answers from MG....now either vanarama are entirely incompetent (highly likely) or they knew more then they were prepared to tell customers....

So many world wide issues but key thing is communication, you communicate effectively people's expectations are set, you tell the customer a different story every month becomes just another lie.

MG I'm sure are to blame, but so to are the world issues....but honestly and good comms, that allows people to make choices based for themselves....only need look at forums and review sites to see vanarama are the issues

The order otself was the 22nd

Another update ......still not actually heard from the dealer!!!
