Anybody in thailand can help me with ismart?

I bought my MG in indonesia and the dealer imported it from Thailand. All the greetings localised new mas data and lottery stuff are all in thai.
Dealer said I'll take 2-3 months to be able to be updated to be localised.
That's fine I can wait sinetron I use android auto.

But what keep me up all night is the ismart.

I can register fine with the uk version or my localised mg ismart.

But when I try to login into the car ismart app.
The login screen ask for username and password.
Now here the kicker. Clicking on the fields only allows me to entar number not letters
When I registered in the mobile app. I use email to register.
After so many days.. I gave up accepting that either I had to wait for my localised version or...

I could skipped the queue and use the thai app instead.
So I did download.. but haha everything is thai.
So does anyone who live there can translate what these are? Maybe I try to registered using their app and then connect to the car.

I couldn’t get it to work in Thailand without MG Call-Center intervention. The sales lady set it up for me.
