Maybe a bit of helpful info for the 'expired login token' thingy....
Logged in with phone number...after an hour or so = expired login
Logged in with email address... no expiration ?‍♂️ (it didn't mention email previously)

The app is still a bit :poop: though.
The auto-logout (token expired) issue seems to be resolved for me (logged in with phone number). Another server issue obviously. Changed my one star review to 2*

I logged on with phone number and token isn’t expiring with either but there might be some connection between the two
 
I have another issue.

When i click on "battery" I havn't any infos. The "ball" turn few seconds and nothing more.
Nothing works, only "gear" button.
I try uninstall, clean cache, restart phone.

I've just gone into the app to check battery level and it asked me to log in.

Once I'd done that, it was all change at Birmingham Central.

App v 2.0.1. Only just got used to the old one.......
 
I have an MG4 Trophy Long Range. I went to run App as I do most mornings. I was told to update. Clicked that. New app appears to be installed. However, it dies not recognise my password. Tried to register. Screen says service not available! For heavans sake. I now have no access to the App! Anyone else suffering too?
I had the same problem. I had been using the previous app version for the past 12 months with no issues then as soon as I updated the app it won’t let me log in. I have tried using my phone number without the 0 and also my email. Has anyone else had this problem?

Honestly, it has probably nothing to do with the new app. It's just that with the old app you never had to re authenticate your account, so chances are you forgot your details.
If you say "won't let me log in" what exactly is happening? Do you get an error message and what does it say?

Probably best to just try a password reset on your phone number and e-mail address and see which one returns a token for reset.

I have requested a new password and it still won’t let me log in. I can insert my email and password but the login button remains pale blue and will not respond when you press on it. I have removed and reinstalled the app many times.

When you first set up the app when you got the car did you use your email or phone number to log in?
If you used a phone number have you selected UK from the drop down list?
 
Have you cropped that screenshot you took? I don’t see the acceptance button on it. Just to be sure you didn’t miss it, you may need to adjust the zoom settings on the phone.
 
You have done the sensible things, so try a few longshots just to see if you can get the login button to work. For example, does putting in your phone number give you a login button, even if you've not used it? If so, it's not recognising an email address.
 
Have you tried :-

1. Turning off and restarting your Iphone.
2. Checking your Iphone display is in normal sized text (to get the tick box for agreement to show) under the blue login
3. Ticked the Agreement box - the login blue should turn darker even if you haven't put your pw in.
4. You are using the original email (or phone number) and password that you originally used to bind the car with.
5. Unlocked and locked your car to wake it up.
6. Sat in your car and checked the user setting is still set to you in the car (swipe right on home screen).
7. Delete the app, turn off your phone and start again with a fresh app install.
8. I give up after that ??

Just to be thorough, are you really sure? Because the only scenario where I can recreate that the button is greyed out is when I do not tick the tiny box to agree with the terms, which is neatly hidden under your phone's keyboard when you just typed in your email or password.
 
Are you getting the full screen below - click on the image below for full size image and ignore the bottom black message as that has been fixed now (I hope) ?
