Has anyone had the data usb port renewed on the facelift MG5 ev.
No not under warranty, they say it was caused by user error, so to fix it I have to pay.Do you mean under warranty because it was defective?

Yes, I had similar experience with my Kia E Nero, but MG are somewhat different. Their cars are great but their after sales service is rubbish.Had a similar thing when my TPMS went faulty on a Hyundai . Front of the dealership said it was my fault , but the technician when I took it in to be fitted said it was a manufacturing flaw . So I had it refunded
