Mg zs infotainment not working !

Hello everyone,
I have a mg zs 2020 and recently my infotainment screen is black and every so often the mg logo appears on the screen almost as if it’s loading up then goes black again. No radio is playing I can plug Apple car play in and screen comes up but unable to touch the screen. I have tried disconnecting battery and resetting system.

Please help!

What about the rest of the car, all works? If you tried resetting and 12V battery disconnect for 10 min or so, not sure there is much more you can do but book for repairs ...

You tried holding "home" button down for more than 30 seconds to hard reset?

Yes rest of the car is all working

Yea have tried it’s so annoying it’s over 2 month wait to get booked into mg

Our MG ZS Infotainment stopped working on Sunday morning. Same thing as yours where the logo keeps popping up after about 30 seconds and then nothing on the screen. I don't have the EV version but my problem is the same. Booked in for the 17th with MG, I wonder if we have the same issue, she thinks it's a software update needed

Hopefully that’s what is the problem. It’s good you got an appointment so quick. I’ve been waiting 2 months
