Eden: Same problem here. Can't find any discussion about the issue. I've tried deleting and re-installing, clearing the cache etc but no luck. I can't even select the country code as none are listed. I using the latest version of Android (V14). Are we really the only two people with this problem ?I have tried to log into my app, which I used for over 1year now, but today it’s saying “illegal App Send Date”

I very nearly merged this thread with the very lsrge merged iSmart issues thread, but a quick Google search for the phrase "app send date" on this forum brought up only this and one other thread (now merged with each other). Unless there is a typo in that phrase (no results for "app send data"), then this seems to be a very uncommon problem.Are we really the only two people with this problem ?
WELL DONE! The date and time were correct and the settings were the same as they have always been since using the app for the last six months, but I did notice ' Set time zone based on location' was disabled, so I enabled it and was then able to select the country code drop down in the app and then add my email address & P/W to login.
