Somewhere on the freeway north of Las Vegas we passed a huge hoarding, wish I’d caught a picture, it was yellow, massive and in huge black letters it said something like -

“ DEEP CLEANING OF ANIMAL URINE “

It is an anti-rule I believe: that is there are more exceptions than adherents to the rule.
