Jealous person here, sitting in the ophthalmology waiting room at the Golden Jubilee waiting for my passenger to come out from his eye surgery. I was only in the hospital (in Livingston) for an hour and a half when I had the same procedure, but he's been gone two hours 15 minutes and counting.

Long time.

He came out after about three hours. I think the surgeon had reassessed what he was going to do in the light of a decsion that the other eye should be operated on too. Sounds like a good decision but it also sounds as if I'll be having another repeat booking in another few weeks.

Seems to be. I don't really know the patient, this is part of a village charity where we give people lifts to medical appointments to save them slogging on multiple buses for hours or spending a fortune on taxis. Anyway, he was saying things like "I can actually read that number plate" on the way home.

Looks great, I wonder if we can fit to the MG4 (once they approve roof rails ). Having it on the roof with acces via ladder will be really handy once they get round to releasing the wolves in Scotland
