I emailed Tomato 20 days ago and I'm still waiting for a reply. They seem to prefer telephone enquiries.
It is easier to ring TBH but I always like a digital copy of our convo's for any future refs.

Today, instead of taking the money from my account to settle the bill, Eon took the full direct debit for the month. This was after 3 emails reminding them that 1, I no longer use any gas, and 2, they stopped supplying my electricity on the 1st of September, which they acknowledged.

"Oh yes, I can see that on my screen", the young lady said on the phone.

"So why did you take the money out of my account?" No real answer to that one except incompetence.

I did consider cancelling the direct debit, but thought after my last email that it was all sorted. Direct debit now cancelled and I am assured that I will get the refund by BACS payment.

My advice for anyone leaving Eon, cancel the direct debit and wait for them to ask for any outstanding balance.
 
myWatts is now showing all the data after 15 days of waiting

I wish mine was!

Currently (no pun intended) mine shows data from 7/9 to 12/9 and 14/9 to 17/9 inclusive, so nothing for 13/9 and nothing from 18th onwards! And, looking at the graph, every (reported) day seems almost identical to the others, which I'm pretty sure is wrong, especially since I did an EV Charge overnight on 7/9/to 8/9, which definitely is not shown in the graph!

I have raised the issue on the phone with Customer Support and it now been escalated to Technical Support. I will hope to report further when the situation is fully resolved.
 
myWatts came online yesterday but not working today I also noticed the time is around 1 hr out maybe GMT time error their end. My Lux Invertors are set to charge from 12-6am and according to the past 2 weeks it has been charging 11pm onwards accoring to the data in myWatts.

This is a problem as I will be charged 1hour at peak times.The graphs below show my usage is 0Watts coming from the grid between 11pm-12

If you download your usage from the mywatts.co.uk page, I am sure the time states CET. The updating of the graph is very hit and miss. Mine has a block missing between 11:00 - 17:00 yesterday, but show everything up to 12 noon today

Not showing any data in my case and is giving the wrong readings as I know I only used 7.7kWh yesterday but it says 9.7kWh. GMT time is out by 1 hour as it added my 12-1pm charing time onto the previous day which is at a higher rate.

Bottom Picture shows all the data today in myWatts.

Sorry, you are right GMT+00:00. Should be +01:00.

We will have to see what the first bill(s) come in as. Must be about 10 new TE users here. Think that @Gadget Geek and @johnb80 were the first to go.
 
switched to Tomato - thanks @johnb80 - on 14th, apparently energy switch was 18th, and today MyWatts has gone from "We are trying hard" to "Your data will be available soon".
 
I signed up on the 10/09/2024 my data came online on the 25/09/2024 and went off the same day nothing for the last 2 days "Your data will be available soon"
 
MyWatts still no data for me, despite changeover 18 Sept. Might be since the power has been switched off for some of those days which has confused them. I use Hugo App to note usage, but see the Loop App seems to have the 1hr issue referred to above?
I am not worried, the industry is strictly regulated, and if Tomato go belly up at some point don't see being cut-off as the outcome...
 
All my data was there at the beginning of the week, and suddenly I've got no data at all. As johnb80 and myself were two of the first to sign up, I'm presuming we'll be the first to receive bills. I was expecting mine today as I started with them on 10th September.

I changed over on 1st September and still dont have a bill.

I have run the data through my spreadsheet as normal and I know what my bill should be (a good bit cheaper than Octopus!), so I'm not too concerned.
