Type 3 chargers are still showing as available to use at an open to all site I plan to stop at this Thursday.: Aimsbury, 9 of 16 stalls available right now.
Yes I tried the Superchargers at Exeter Tesla Service Centre on Tuesday November 19th. Despite assistance from a very helpful member of their staff, I could not make any of the three chargers we tried work. The contactless pad seemed to accept my credit card OK but after a few seconds repeatedly came up with a failed connection notification. The Tesla staff member seemed to think the problem was with the chargers not the car, but that was scant consolation. I went round to the Gridserve hub at the MOTO services and everything was fine.Has anything happened ? Has anybody tried a Supercharger ?
If you want to check the location of V4 chargers, open to all follow this link and use the filters (top left of page blue funnel symbol and select under Stall type and Open to)
How do you narrow it down to show V4s only on that site, should we ever need to ?https://tesla.com/findus is probably best to use as it should be up to date.
All the sites in Scotland (including one which I'm 99% sure is V3 superchargers - at Eurocentral) which were open to all earlier are still showing as such now.
I'm not sure you can ... although a clue might be the power rating? (The ones at the site I believe are V3s show as 150kW, whereas the ones which I know are V4s show as 250kW)How do you narrow it down to show V4s only on that site, should we ever need to ?
You can't get a map, but if you click on a site it tells you what that site has. For a site like Trentham with V3 & V4, then click on details for how many of each. How do you narrow it down to show V4s only on that site
You may be interested in the links on this post:There are definitely some older chargers still advertised. Amesbury is V3 chargers, for example, I have used it several times.
EV On the move seems to be the EV part of EG On the move and mostly have forecourts in the North of England and away from the Motorways.there seem to be some new locations starting with the "(EV-OTM)" tag
