I have the same noise when DC charging in my Xpower. As you say it happens only once at any percentage. I have no idea what it is either. Had my car 8 months and I never used to hear it until about a month ago.

Thanks everyone I appreciate your help. I'm going to get the car booked in for an auto hold issue soon so will ask them about the heated steering wheel. If I find out the fault I will update this thread.

When I put my heated steering wheel on it never remains warm. Sometimes it goes cold completely and warms up slightly after a minute or two. Is this normal?

I would use mine a lot more if the lights didn't come on. I hope they change that in a future update.

Never had a problem with it, works perfectly for me. My only issue is the lights going on when heating the car. Would be great if they could stop that happening in future updates.

It's your infotainment software that needs to be updated. Mine is the same with my android phone. I got a wi-fi adapter which has helped but it still disconnects occasionally. My auto hold doesn't work, so that may be my excuse to try and get it updated at the same point.

I have had the same issue with Instavolt and they got it working their end after phoning them. I know you have tried two different charge points but surely it's worth a try in ringing them ?

Had my MG4 Xpower smurf delivered on the 29th of April and can remember the same Christmas Eve feeling. I hope you enjoy your new motor as much as I have.
