If the cable came with the car it is most likely a single phase 32A cable so will give you 3.6kW on a 3 phase 11kW EVSE but nearer 11kW on a 3 phase 22kW EVSE. I would use the CCS DC for a rapid charge.
The first time mine went in for a service I had a 3/4 small issues I wanted checking and they said there was an inspection fee for each one. They were all done without a charge.
If you have pressed the reset button that has probably put it back to factory settings and removed any password to a router.
I suggest getting your installer back and playing dumb about what happened after the meter change.
