Does anyone go for a drive, basically, just because you can.
Went for a "Blast" to Southport this afternoon, for no other reason than, I could.
Although a,
Nice day.
Clean car.
Clean roads.
And just being in the mood, helped.

Yes I do the same occasionally. I find it quite therapeutic as long as the roads are quiet and there are no twonks about

Well I haven't done this yet, but I certainly will when the weather is a bit better and I can cruise the countryside in a nice clean car.

I think if you were not the type of person to go for a drive just for the fun of it you would not be bothering with an XPower. Let's face it those who just use a car for utilitarian reasons will go for value, comfort or functionality and whilst the XPower has that it also has the fun factor.

Funnily enough, without seeing this, I went for a drive on Monday to NSW Australia's Illawarra Coast. I've posted a separate thread.

Right I'll start! Lovely day out today with my wife. Took the back roads from my home, through the Pressilli Hills to Fishguard, and then onto Strumble Head Lighthouse. A bracing and sometimes perilous walk along the coastal path for a few miles, before heading back for a Quality Fish and Chips...

I do that quite often, early morning usually, before too many other people are out and about. I have an almost daily game of dodge the pothole but they're sneaky, new ones spawn regularly just to catch you out.
