Eden: Same problem here. Can't find any discussion about the issue. I've tried deleting and re-installing, clearing the cache etc but no luck. I can't even select the country code as none are listed. I using the latest version of Android (V14). I very nearly merged this thread with the very lsrge merged iSmart issues thread, but a quick Google search for the phrase "app send date" on this forum brought up only this and one other thread (now merged with each other). Unless there is a typo in that phrase (no results for "app send data"), then this seems to be a very uncommon problem.Are we really the only two people with this problem ?
WELL DONE! The date and time were correct and the settings were the same as they have always been since using the app for the last six months, but I did notice ' Set time zone based on location' was disabled, so I enabled it and was then able to select the country code drop down in the app and then add my email address & P/W to login.

I am in the same boatWas this ever resolved? I've had this exact same issue for months now and I can't even get past the login page in the app. And one other symptom is I don't get any country codes in the drop down either. I'm using Android 14 which I think is the latest version.

So I now have:
Automatic date and time - ENABLED.
Automatic time zone - ENABLED
Set time zone based on location - ENABLED
Use 24-hour format - ENABLED.
I wonder if the time has slowly drifted away from the exact network time since the sync has been disabled.
The error you see is "Illegal AppSendDate!" (exactly this) which is displayed for a second at most.
Thanks for your help in pointing out what now seems like a very obvious omission on my part, but hopefully this info could come in handy for others here.
