Never really thought about the finer points and intricacies but interesting. I use towing mode as prescribed 👍, then go for adaptive regen, ignore speed signs and sleepy driver. All seems fine, no idea about whether adaptive regen is more effective than the other settings.

SE LR owner here. Really pleased with it but don't use anything with a TLA. I only use waze and android carplay, both of which have been fine and always deliver.
