Put it in tow mode to deactivate LKA. Doesn't need to be reentered everytime you get back in. Does deactivate a couple of other things like reversing sensors. Speed sign recognition and sleepy mode I switch off every time. (Invoice in the post but you only have to pay 50% ??)

This is spot on. Funnily enough(?) I had bladder cancer, subsequent treatment and recovery when I had the Soul. Recharge every 50-80 miles, which was just right for loo stops with a hypersensitive bladder. Having got over all that now and getting the MG4 charge stops have reduced proportionately...

Just read the gov.uk site and am somewhat confused ( again) . My car, registered 01 March'24 is showing as taxed, which I'm sure was a £0 affair. The instructions say it started in 2024 ( £190) , but will commence in 2025, then refers to it being April 1 '25, in fact main intro statement says...
