    L.E.D bonnet light strip MG4

F53 and F72 (Headlights main power suply) is on when lights are off (atleast when hood is open and the car is locked and shut off). F89 I belive was used because it's only on when car is on (did not bother to check since it works for Fredouille).

    L.E.D bonnet light strip MG4

Fredouille used F89 to trigger the light strip, do not know if he used a relay between or not.

Does anyone believe this? (Internal/external temperature readings)

Maybe, but this has happend when the car has not been used in a couple of days too. On the other hand it's a pretty big battery though.

Does anyone believe this? (Internal/external temperature readings)

While temperature is the topic. I have noticed my water bottle does not freeze when I let it lie on the floor in the MG4 even in -5°C outdoors. In my old Toyota Auris the water bottle freezes totally overnight in same temp (same night and the cars are parked side by side). But if I let the...

What is the age profile of MG4 owner drivers?

Just be aware that that thing make most ICE look real slow, most ICE give seconds to react after putting your foot down. A MG4 is just go (it's like a snake), very very easy for an inexperienced driver to step on it and go off or in to stuff because it all happens very fast if not careful. That...

    Tyre slime for flat

Only thing I can think of is a hydraulic bottle jack, two concerns though. Stability and space between the jacking point and ground with a flat tyre. The space concern should be possible to address with one or two (depending on tyre size) pieces of slant cut 2"x4" to drive the flat wheel up on...

What is the age profile of MG4 owner drivers?

I didn't chose it for sporty looks etc either. It was value for money, range and the 500kg towbar. No lease as I bought it to kerp long term is a plus too. Can't complain about the insurance cost either. P.S. as a hardcore boyracer (who actually drove fast as in very fast by Norwegian...

    Tyre slime for flat

No and I realy do not recomend using a scissor jack, they are realy not heavy duty enough and far to unstable for use on an EV. I juse a hydraulic garage jack I have 2, one cheap that just manage to do the job and a more expensive one that does the lifting safe and easy. Cheap one is about...

    Tyre slime for flat

On the rockers there are two molded in arrows, they are pointing to the Jack points. The Jack points are under the rubber plugs for those who have such equipement, for us home fixers we can use the raised steel ridge inside of the rubber plugs. Use a solid and sturdy garage Jack with rubber on...

    Tyre slime for flat

Warning about tyre slime, if used on a TPMS equpied wheel be prepared to fork out for a new TPMS as it wil probably not survive beeing slimed. If one must one must, but that's the price you wil be paying. Better to have a tyre plug set in the car and plug the leak on the spot, and then drive to...

    Positive Vibes for the MG4

You know you can adjust the turn signal volume In the infotainment screen (at least in the Luxury/Trophy). It's under settings swipe left and touch cog (down left in R46). Scroll down to volume setting and choose that. On top you find vehicle alerts, slide it to the left. Done. This post is...
