My 1 year old MG4 SE long range does not charge with the 7kW Pod Point charger but does it with the Granny 2.3kW !!
I have tried all suggestions and different options but doesn't want to know.
Hi
I have had the exact happenings. I have checked the battery at Halfords and it’s in top condition. I have also checked to make sure nothing was left on. I don’t have radio anymore as it reads disconnected.
I shall never buy an MG again. I had Nissan Leaf and it was faultless for 4 years then...
Hi Chris
I live in Hampshire and I also see more MG5 s than MG4 in our area.

I cancelled my subscription as most of their units are out of service
A litre of petrol is equal to 12 Kw of electricity. My MG does 4miles per Kw so a petrol car needs to do 48 miles per litre or 220 miles per gallon to match my MG

I believe it’s the car that would not let go and nothing to do with the charger.
Maybe...
Hi
I had same-ish issue and took the car to the dealer and they didn’t find anything wrong.
I was told by someone that it is the auto-break witch senses a crash and physical is getting ready to brake for you.
Hi
I feel your frustration
I have been driving EV for 4.5 years and used to travel from South to Yorkshire every week. My latest nightmare was a few months ago in Weymouth and every BP/Polar charger that I went for had issues to a point that I drove to Portland with only 10% charge in the tank...
