ismart app

I did the binding on it the other day and it still thinks the car is in Germany, none of the functions work, it's not asked me to sign in or done anything positive, what can I be doing wrong?

I'm finding that if I don't drive my Cyberster for a couple of days it becomes inaccessible in the MG iSmart APP, so I can't check battery level, turn on the heating, etc. If I go out to the car and unlock it, the car becomes accessible in the APP. Is anyone else having the same problem?

Good morning MG-ers, I have just upgraded my phone to a Galaxy S24 Ultra (from a S21 Ultra) and the app has reverted to the previous version. Whilst it is working fine, as I liked the new version, is there a way to force it to update? Thanks, Andrew

When the app reports that the doors are closed, does it mean that they are just closed or locked? I suspect that it reports closed even if one forgets to lock the car.

Hi, there is a global problem with iSmart or just for my app?

When in the map section of the iSMART app and I click on the EV Station icon it only returns the 1 location and that is currently 5801 miles away….. I know the range on the MG4 is good but I don’t think I will make it!! Any ideas how I get it to show locations local?
