It's a BYD U DMi. (SEAL)

How can two different models be named SEAL?

But it's not a Diesel so not sure what that's all about?

EDIT: Right, don't worry.

Talking BOLLOX as per.

I thought all BYD products were Electric.

Wrong!

If it's a car you have never seen then there are a couple of ways folk are going to check, either use Google's AI picture recognition or see what the DVLA says it is. The only other way is to know the rear end of every car on UK roads and that's a big ask.

I wouldn't see using DVLA as cheating just an alternative to AI 😁

In the 70's I did pretty much know and could identify every car on the road by seeing just a small part of it. But there again there weren't as many different cars then as there is now.

Not bad, hadn't thought of that one ..... but as we know to well, the Toyota BZ4X isn't a Toyota at all, just badge engineering, it's really a /Subaru /Solterra just having a base model with /fwd only but the AWD model is, well, a few design trims, a bit like the Holden Commodore and the Toyota Lexen here in Australia ... a few suttle changes, but it was a Holden V6 Commodore really, just badge engineered
