They are probably as good as any of the others available. The supplier is based in Manchester so you could go and inspect it before buying.

I have one , the quality is the same as any other space saver . That is it is designed to do no more than 50 miles at no more than 50 mph. That's what they are designed for so that you can get to a tyre fitter to get a permanent repair.

Is that 50miles in one go, or it has a lifespan of only 50 miles total? I guess the hope is that a tyre fitter won't be too far away.

I don't know but there isn't a lot of tread , but that is the recommendation. The idea is it quickly gets you on your way and enables you to drive to a tyre fitter.

Does it have to be. It's an emergency wheel, as long as it does the job.
It does look ok, though. Decent price too. ??
