I thought I could improve the interior of the ZS Hybrid+, if I could fitted additional lights. So I set about looking for small rechargeable LED lights. On a website that starts with te, and ends with a u, I found, Bright LED Touch Lights - USB Rechargeable Mini Lights they are available in 2 & 4 packs at around £1:60 each. They have a clever 2 part fitting system, which makes removing, to recharge very easy, which will be only occasionally.
I fitted 4, 1 in the boot, 1 in the glove box and 1 above the rear doors.

I thought I had supplied where I had obtained them. I did not state the name of the supplier, as any form of advertising, especially on YouTube, can result in the post being deleted. However it’s TEMU, and the item can be found by searching for Bright LED Touch Lights - USB Rechargeable Mini Lights.

Thank you @Noel

Here's the LINK, if anybody else wants it.

Great idea. Any experience so far on how often you will have to recharge?

My initial idea was to fit some grab handles with integrated lights (the units seem pretty bog standard VAG stuff (as quite a few other bits here and there, after all SAIC is manufacturing a huge load of them), where they also have posher versions with integrated lights and damping; But that would require a long line, and honestly wouldn't want to bother with that when there is still (quite a long) warranty left.

Rather depends on how often they are used. For me a very long time, as I rarely have anybody in the rear, especially at night, and needing illumination.
But given that we are talking about six tiny LED’s, I would have thought not often, and as they are very easy to remove and charge, no problem. You could also do it in the car, using one of the USB sockets, and the suppled cable.

I think the idea of LED lights is great but am I missing a point? Here is a car with supposedly high spec without a light in the back seat area. I am most disappointed. My old 2007 Xsara Picasso had this.

But I bet your Xsara didn’t have most of the other features.
Incidentally, you could add to no dipping mirror, no graphic equaliser, no horizontal steering wheel adjustment, no accessories, and no manual, please don’t be tempted to say there’s an online manual.
However, it is loaded with equipment, and if you compare it with cars, with the same level of equipment, they will all cost a lot more.
I suppose all of us who have purchased one, made a choice.
