Alloygators anyone?

I really like the alloys on my Cyberster GT & I really don’t want them to end up like the alloys on my last car. I was wondering if anyone had tried Alloygators or similar? I was wondering how much protection they really offer and/or do they end up making the wheels look even worse if/when they eventually get kerbed?

I personally wouldn't bother. They do look half decent if fitted correctly, but that's about it. And as you say look far worse, when kerbed, than just a kerbed alloy does. And I've also heard some horror stories on other forum's, about them coming loose, and thrashing about the bodywork and making a right mess.
But it's up to you.
