Beam Deflectors To Be Installed on MG ZS EV facelift ?

Travelling to France ??. Want to know if the LEDs on MG ZS EV facelift require Beam deflector stickers installed.

Also is it possible to change the units from Miles to Kilometres on the speedometer ?

I didn't fit beam deflectors as the beams from the led headlights are flat... Although I did dip my headlights another notch just to make sure.

The settings allow speed to be changed to kmph.
