Beginning to get concerned! (emissions fault returned)

EGR valve which is replaced along with the associated gasket.
It's been a few weeks now since this was replaced on my car, and so far all is OK. Although prior to this 'latest fix' the previous fix lasted about four weeks, so that record has still got to be beaten!
In fairness my dealer did ask me to bring the car in for the EGR valve replacement, even before the light came on, as MG had researched the problem and found this part to be the cause.
For me hopefully third time lucky...

I have a MG ZS hybrid plus now, I haven’t had any problem so far with it.

OMG. You traded it in? Did you get a good price. I hope they are better than the MG3

Yes Chris, I actually did it. I am loving the MG ZS Hybrid plus. Everything is great. Still get a bit of rough sound on hills, but Fingers crossed I haven't had any problems as yet. I liked the MG3 but wanted a bigger model. I did have to spend a fair amount to swap, but hey ho, you can't take it with you.......money I mean. Hopefully this car will last me longer.
