I have read the warranty but couldn't find anything mentioned on the brake cylinder.

Ive just had an error code and the car went into limp mode. The breakdown came and took the error code off and it's not now working fine. The car is in for its service on Friday so I'm wondering if they could replace the brake cylinder then? It's a 22 plate.

If it's not listed as an exclusion, it's covered by the warranty.
Thank you. It was very scary when it happened: car went into limp mode and the brake pedal once pushed down sounded like it was scraping along the floor. Sensor has been reset all okay. I'll mention it on Friday!

Not working fine or "now working fine"? How do you know it was a brake cylinder? Update us after the service please
Sorry it was working.
The service took place yesterday and it's the brake vacuum pump that has broken and the car isn't safe to drive. Part ordered and should arrive on Tuesday. All under warranty.
