Car Charging in Hunstanton

does anybody know if there is good reliable car charging ports in Hunstanton?

I'm afraid that there aren't!
The rapid CYC charger is very poor, it took me 20 attempts to get some charge, it starts charging then stops after 5 minutes. Comments on Zap Map state the same going back a very long time! I thought I'd try the Fast Charger on the same unit, but that didn't work at all! The best I could find was the free 7KWh charger at the Ancient Mariner/Le Strange Arms hotel in Old Hunstanton, which is free for customers. Otherwise there's a couple of Instavolt Chargers at Starbucks in Kings Lynn, which you could stop at on the way.

now looking for more chargers and where located, says there is 1 in the central car park but on website it says not??

The one in the Central Car Park CYC 70634 is the one that's very poor. The 7KW unit at Le Strange Arms, is the only other charger in Hunstanton. Admittedly if you persevere with the rapid in the Central Car Park, and you can get a few 5 or 10 minute charges, it does pump in at 40KWh, but you have to try and stop the failed charge, reset on the screen and try again. The app still says I'm connected and charging a couple of weeks later, and they've only just charged me!

Disappointing, we are going down for a week in July, let's hope they sort out the car park charger, but from the sound of it that doesn't sound too hopeful.
Intending to go to Sandringham one day so hopefully there are no more than 2 EV owners (inc. me) around.
