Charging intermittent

Home charging has become intermittent after leaving the car unused for 2 weeks. Sometimes it charges a bit overnight, but not to the target 80%, sometimes not at all, and currently it won't charge immediately when I asked it to via the app.

My garage suggested the 12v battery might be depleted after leaving the car for 2 weeks, and trickle charging it for a few hours did help, but it's still not charging reliably as it used to.

Has anyone else seen this problem? I don't really understand why the 12v battery would be depleted if the high voltage battery has more than enough charge to keep it topped up.

12v battery is topped up only when the car is ON. If it all worked better when you topped up 12v battery, might be they are right and it's time t change it ...
