Charging problem help please!

Katherine, I think that main problem is that your EVSE is wired to provide only 4 hours of charge per night. So you rarely if ever get your equalisation charge.

Hi Katherine, I have a 2021 Gen 1 car and I charge on average 2-3 times per week, overnight (cheap rate elec) and mine charges for approx 8 hrs - 00:00 to 08:00.

Thank you, I totally understand the point that you have made. Initially my question was based around the display giving a really low GOM after a full charge. When I had a rare long journey to make I found it alarming that it said 124 miles instead of the usual 168 miles that I would expect from a full charge. I am hoping that resetting the meters and doing a long balancing charge might restore things....
