Charging Sleep Mode?

Hi All,
This may just confuse the matter, but having similar problems charging my car on the cheaper tariff between 12 midnight and 7 am, I have an Omoda E5 EV, I hear some say you have what lol. Anyway mine still won't charge on a schedule at the moment.

Cut a very long story short have been told by the charger manufacturer which is Sync and the app for this Monta, the car goes to sleep and the charger is sitting waiting for the car to "wake" to take the charge, I've been told again a lot of chargers trickle charge at 6 amps to keep the car "Awake".

My car is back with the dealership so will update when I know more. Sort of makes sense. as i have tried my car on diffrent charges including Pod Point and the schedule works....

Does the E5 have a charger schedule? It might be best to let the car decide the schedule rather than the "charger".

Does the E5 have an app? That would be convenient.

Yes the car has its one scheduled timer, tried it last night, works fine, so is the car going into sleep that seem to be the problem with the charger app not waking it.
And yes the E5 does have there own car app which was good until it went down, guess they will sort that,
Big leaning curve for me as I'm just getting in my first EV, but not being put off, still enjoying it and a great drive.
