Nope.
There is this ceramic stuff but you're still going to have to wash the car regularly regardless.
There isn't a coating on earth that stops the need for you to actually contact the car, possibly, maybe, in a hot and dusty country, but not in the UK afaic, and the price for 50ml.....

Nope.
I'd be using something like Gyeon Wet Coat and some sort of blower vac on matte paint to try and minimise the need to touch it.
