Fast charger then system fault experience and summary.
ZS EV SE / Trophy 21/22
I have read a few threads where people are getting systems faults after trying to use certain fast chargers (e.g. eurotunnel). I thought it would be good to try and bring these all together. Hopefully capture some ways to avoid, cause and solutions.
Error seems to be “'System Fault' and then 'HV Battery Shut Off'.”
Would be good is to hear

- peoples experience
- what do they think may have caused it (e.g. make sure car is fully turned off)
- was there any diy solution (e.g. disconnected LV battery for 5 mins.
- what did the dealer / garage say. How did they fix it.
