On 3 occasions now - I've either got a charging flap frozen open (if I've been charging), or closed. What is that "white" 'plastic' grease called - and where can you get some from, or has anyone an alternative tip / substance to put in the latch to stop it freezing open or closed?

... answered my own post - silicon grease / spray - i'll dry the latch out from moisture, and see if it works!
Get a small tin of plumbers silicon grease and apply to the charging flap and latch mechanism also the door seals with a rag to stop over spray onto the windows.

Thanks for all the advice, I’ve just gone for a tin of holts spray for now (as it will arrive tomorrow)

I did notice this on toms man shed - below

… which either makes me think that Tom has had a problem, or it was done by the dealer / at PDI - mine has non!
