Funny signs, graffiti etc. ?

I used to see electronic test gear from the firm Wayne Kerr.
Oh, they're still around:

Astonishingly, parents with the surname Kerr regularly christen their sons Ewen.

My mother grew up with lad named Tomas Arthur Hawke, aka chop chop .... and another lad whose mother was Hungarian and father British. His name was Ince, meaning innocent and a traditional Hungarian name handed down through the generations .... the surname of the father was Long ..... what a thing to do to the poor bugga, he was known by his friends as little by little

Think the parents of those kids, want a good slap. 🙂👍
This made me smile 😊 I hadn’t heard that expression for years.
I was dragged up from the depths of South London. Had it not been for a grumpy bus driver I would have been a True Cockney (long story)
So ‘Slapping’ someone was the punishment of choice 😂

My father had a friend called Robin Hood. He had plenty of money but got done by trading standards for selling hens eggs as free range laid by his own chickens from his farm gate. He forgot to remove the lion and registration ink from them.
This reminds me of an episode of Heartbeat. 😂

Having worked over 30 years in the NHS, I've come across some corkers. These are the ones that come to mind:

Honor Commode.
Norman Conquest.
Kumdan Singh.

I also heard of a Helen Bach, but can't confirm that one.

My former neighbour used to work at the central Child Benefit office in Washington, Tyne & Wear and came across some memorable names ... one such was Orson Cart :)

Noting where I live..... a few years ago I came across a young girl with the name Isla Wye... and my daughter once encountered a Philippa Bath.......

The Council where i worked had a Robin Banks, who worked in the wages dept.
And a waste operative, (Bin Man) called,
Sidney Bridge. Did wonder if his middle name was Harbour. 🙂

IIRC, Helen Bach was an organiser for Terry Wogan's T.O.G.Gs* fan club
(I planned to join as "Alain Cohen-Dorff", but Tel passed away :()

I had an apprentice that we named Jungle, because we could call him "boy" when we want to get his attention.
My young daughter, at that age where the front baby teeth are gone and the new ones hadn't come through yet, tried to explain to a customer at the workshop, they call him Jungle, but his real name is Robert, but it came out as Rabbit ..... from there he became Jungle Bunny, or just JB to his friends, probably still to this day ..... This was back in '86
