Fair enough, I was just going on the statements that you said it was your fault and you couldn’t see as the sun was in your eyes, which just triggered a bad memory for me of a driver saying that, with me thinking if you can’t see you shouldn’t be moving.

Fair comment, I did blame myself at the time for being caught out. Yes I looked & waited. No hard feelings.
