Headlight beam

Had my first drive in my new hs trophy phev at night. Noticed when on dipped beam, the drivers side headlight beams lower than the passenger side headlamp. Not sure if this is to prevent dazzle to oncoming vehicles? Any one else notice this ?

That is the correct set up on all cars
