Heated rear window and mirrors

My heated rear window and doors mirrors don't heat up the light on the switch comes on when pressed but nothing happens it's a 2020 excite mk1

I have a 2020 mk1 ev Excite my heated rear window and doors mirrors don't heat up the switch lights up when pressed but nothing happens also the 12v power socket in the cabin doesn't work either

Even though the light comes on my first check would be the fuse.

Not certain but the light on switches for these high load circuits only show the switch has been operated but the high current to the heated whatever is actually switched by a relay. The switch just switches a low current circuit to operate the relay. Two circuits and two differently rated fuses would be my guess.
