Heated Steering Wheel

Hello all, New Member here

MG4 Trophy owner as from Tuesday morning here - has been in the country a while as turned up with a fault that has taken nearly 2 months to fix but that is another story!

So just playing around and learning how to use all the controls but there is one that I am just stumped on and that is the heated steering wheel

It just wont go on and is slightly 'greyed' out when I have the control panel on the screen

Anyone know of any issues with this or is it something glaringly obvious that I am missing?

Oh and also some loss of bluetooth connectivity but I see on here that this seems to be an ongoing issue

Any help/advice would be very much appreciated

Should simply turn on with one touch.
Try a full reset.
Hold down "Home" button til screen goes black.
10 seconds ish, then try again.

Tried that and still nothing.

When the button is pressed it makes the sound as if it is being pressed but still nothing

Have you tried switching it on via the app?

If that also fails then you must have a permanent fault.

Didn’t think there’s an option in the app? Just the AC/temp and seats?

Yup.
My bad.
I don't know why I suggested it.
I've used the app enough (and just this morning!) to switch on the seats and heating.
Senior moment I'm afraid.?

Plus what version infotainment
Also what was the problem that needed fixing? Maybe it’s related.
Have you checked the fuse?

looking like the nearest blue fuse between the 7.5/5amp fuse

It’s the side panel that you can only get to when the drivers doors open
